Re: Metal Extruder Motor Mount - availabile
I did but I just made it smaller really, doesn't give more wire length.creativedex wrote:Anyone mod the box yet?... It was nice to be able to flip the fans out of the way to clean or clear out the extruder but there just isnt enough wire length for them to move them.

Re: Printing at 200 mm/s
I would be curious to know if the rambo can actually process and print at 200mm or if it hits a buffer head at some point and you really are printing at 100 ? The two things I have noticed since my board swap are that 32 micro stepping helps with better dimensional accuracy and lower noise . And 60...

Re: Printing at 200 mm/s
PETG at 100 is ambitious. Especially if you have any increased infill width. Filament will be very likely to strip out in fast long runs. I'll watch out for that, thanks. I haven't tested much high speed printing with PETG as I usually don't have a need to go fast with it. It's convenient to rip PL...

Printing at 200 mm/s
I've been playing with draft quality print speed settings for PLA and get little noticeable quality difference with these settings relative to 100 mm/s and slightly smaller percentages. First layer speed is 60% and x & y acceleration is 2000. http://i.imgur.com/4k57P1El.png Also, I can print PETG at...

Thanks guys, appreciate it. I'll just do the 99% / 101% thing when it happens.

Slicing Problem (unnecessary bridging)
I can't figure out what is causing this. When sliced with my customized process, I get these random bridged sections where there should be nothing. When using a default profile, its slices as it should. I have not been able to find the process setting that is causing this. Can anyone clue me in? Tha...
