Thanks, that was it. I'm printing at 100 right now and it is working, so I'll back it off to 80 on the next one and see how that goes. I have a feeling the other hairspray I was using will also work with the correct bed temp (Rave 4X Mega non aerosol).

Does anyone know what causes that? I had a bad batch of orange from Hatchbox a while back and it was the same thing-- filament easily snapped in half with minimal bending. Exposure to air made it even worse.

Interesting phenomenon: I had a bunch of partial Hatchbox orange PLA spools that I joined together into one full spool. This particular color seem especially sensitive to moisture and becomes very brittle once exposed. So brittle that the tiny bit of preload from being spooled is enough to crack it....
