Not sure, what are these printed with? ABS? I've used lithium grease on the rails. The last 8-10 bottles that I'm printing, I'm wiping the neck of the bottle with a small amount of acetone but its a very small amount. Could acetone vapor have caused embrittlement in the heated environment? To be cle...

Sorry, my ipad and the forum software don't get along. The 2nd part of my post disappeared. I'd second Colorfabb. Hatchbox has been hit or miss for me. Any of the phosphorescent filaments can erode the nozzle. If you haven't already you can order a stainless steel one here. http://www.makergear.com/...

Woot, thanks for the tip on the c-clamp. I heat cycled it without much success but the c-clamp did the trick. Replacement barrel arrives Friday so hot block vs freezer test imminent.
