Re: bed adhesion with PEI
Not sure if it would work with PEI, but you could put it a freezer or even I guess some ice would work if the part is small and get the glass cold and hopefully the pei will cool before the part does and it should pop off. I have done that with kapton on glass, and the part just falls off Doesn't w...

Re: bed adhesion with PEI
Well darn it, lol. I'm hoping I can remove an ABS case, I have been printing on the mic6 and PEI, I received from Insta, this morning. I printed with a bed heat of 120°f, since I was having issues with it, lifting in the corners. 120F, or 120C? I print ABS on PEI at 90C. You may need a brim or simi...

Re: M2 not detected on Fedora Linux 23
I had this on my windows laptop, not sure if it would work in Linux though. Have you tried to change the USB connection to another one on your computer.
As soon as I move the cord from one USB to another, it connected to the Quick Start app, without issue.

Re: PEI residue
Heat gun works great, tried on a few parts. Found that a temperature of 450° works good, 250°f takes to long.

Re: PEI residue
That looks like stress marks -- hit it with a heatgun. I bet it goes straight back to black ABS. I found some info on the web, now that I know what I'm looking for, that says stress marks are caused by being to close to the pei. I will give one of my previous prints the heat gun treatment, and will...

PEI residue
I recieved my mic6 with PEI from insta, which has finally given me none warped ABS parts. But, I have some whitish residue when removing the parts from the PEI. I have taken acetone, isopropyl alcohol, and cleaned the PEI as good as I can and it still seems to the residue. Sometime worse the others....

Re: Modified Ikea enclosure
Here are some pictures of my modified Ikea enclose. I took some bits from others and combined them into my case. I think it turned out pretty good, much better then my plexiglass case I had before this I found that there was just enough room for the filament roll to be on the back wall. The filament...
