Store your nylon in a plastic bucket with a desiccant. Even better, feed directly from the bucket using a John Gest fitting and tubing to get the filament to the printer.

I have not used ePA, but I print several other nylons, all at about 265C. Have you tried a higher temperature?

Those teeth marks look pretty thin to me. I think your tension screw needs to be tightened.

I have used the MakerGeeks black PC. It is very hit-or-miss. Lots of warpage, tough to keep on the bed.

BuildTak is polycarbonate. I would think it would be very difficult to remove and might destroy the BuildTak when removing a PC print.

I suspect most of the glue sticks are pretty much the same. Different ones have all worked for me. I encourage you to try until you find one that works. can the glue be used on the polyimide tape of does it have to be on glass. Will it damage the tape? I would think not.. Glue stick will not hurt p...
