Re: Printing with Ninjaflex?
Thanks!
Looks like I wouldn't be able to use any of the 3 MG hot ends of 6 nozzles.. may just have to hold off on this. Seem with some minor design changes they could just produce a drive housing that works better and is less reprap..

Re: Horizontal axis inaccurate - M3 SE
can you post the STL or is it propitiatory? What filament are you using?
Or if you have someplace to share the Factory File that would be better I guess as we can see your settings

Re: Printing with Ninjaflex?
The cylinder didn't help too much but I finally got the drive tension just right, and lowered the temp to 220 and things improved greatly. I believe what was happening is with the high temp and the .5 nozzle, gravity was draining the nozzle faster than it was being filled causing areas to stop extru...

Re: Horizontal axis inaccurate - M3 SE
I have found that .1 layer height is not always best. When printing D&D miniatures using the .25 nozzle I found .14 worked better. The .1 took a lot longer and seemed as if it over heated the part due to the many passes. And it seemed to me a such a slow flow rate that the plastic would cook in the ...

Re: strange print
Not sure what the issues is, but in S3D, check the advanced tab and make sure allow single extrude wall is in the top box and allow single extrude infill in on the bottom box (left side center of advanced tab)
Those must be set to print single walls and fill in gaps less the the extrude width.

Re: Great S3D settings I found..comments?
what version of S3D are you using. 4.01 is current and soon to be replaced or so they say... Your screen shot has not speeds tab.. I assume this is not 4.01. The problem with using other peoples settings is that they are not really transferable, even if the printers are the same. settings are specif...

Re: Run Out of "Knobs" to Turn
unless this is going to hold a TV to the wall I would have 2 shells, 3 top/bottom layers and infill of 15-25 percent
