Looks like you've really put some consideration into eliminating any issues that could arise. If you're able to make a hybrid model for use with MG and E3D hot ends I would really like to make one for myself if you dont mind handing the file out

Ed, thanks for the reply. When it comes to anything that has a critical dimension, I just print a quick example of that dimension and go from there. I've been successful doing this. Just wanted to see if there was something I was missing in my calibrations

I agree with sprior, even though its not all that accurate, it still gives some kind of indication of how much time you can expect to be printing. some things i've noticed about the new version are that now instead of getting zits all over my part, I have them all in a straight line, and they're muc...

Looking for parts to make CNC plasma table
My brother picked up a home made cnc plasma cutting table setup, only thing is the stepper motors look old as hell, and they're rated at 4.5v @1.4Amp, and he doesnt have a controller for it. this table was made ten years ago, and I figured that there should be a pretty simple combo that could be had...

See thats the tricky thing Tim, I want to order a high quality PTFE tube for my printer but you're basically relying on whatever the seller says, and unless you have some method of testing its composition, it could just be a clear tube lol

Ninjaflex binding in the filament guide tube
so I got my new spool of ninjaflex to begin printing but the filament grips the inside of the tube big time. if I try to pull it through the tube while it drags the spool, its so much drag that it stretches the filament. I've heard of using a bit of spray lube inside the tube but I would be concerne...
