Re: Prints pulling up at corners
For what it's worth, I have been printing PLA with the following temperatures and bed settings and haven't had any issues with the prints pulling up at corners in a long time: - Extruder temperature 215 C - Bed covered with blue painter's tape, and ALSO heated to 70 C at beginning of print, decrease...

Re: Comments on (sorta) high volume FDM printing
Ditto what others have said. I print duplicated parts all the time for production environments. I've done up to 32 on one plate but am 100% confident I could do more if I wanted to. It just takes some fine tuning of the settings. If you post the settings you are using I'm sure the experts and experi...

Re: Print Quality Troubleshooting Guide
Wow this is pretty nice! Definitely worth a sticky.
Wish I'd had it when I was a newbie.

Re: G-code problem - M204
The hotend doesn't have anything to do with anything, other then the temps you extrude at. Probably true, but the fact that this problem is something that seems to be occurring only with the V4 makes me suspicious anyways. Dammit! That X/Y speed setting is supposed to be 16,000 not 1600. (Really ha...

Re: HPB problems
Nice! Is it just a clamp block that is screwed into the aluminum HBP? I think so, though there is only one visible bolt (through the narrow side where the yellow wire goes in). There isn't a tension screw or anything for the clamp block - the wire cover (which is a stiffer material) is press fit th...

Re: G-code problem - M204
Well, I just tried adding the M204 line and mine still works the same - no weird z height problems. The mystery deepens...
Can you post screenshots of your settings tabs in Simplify3D like Jules did? Maybe that will help us get to the bottom of this. I am basically using the same settings as Jules.

Re: G-code problem - M204
South side - yes, it's basically the default simplify3D start code with a few extra lines added. It is part of the highly recommended RSilver PLA profile, which seems to be producing amazing results for others. I'm trying to print pretty small, intricate items and am pushing for as much quality as ...
