The pressure would change the shape of the filament but not the amount, so unless there is slippage it should not change the extruder multiplier.

For the POP mail configuration. There is something special you have to set in DNS to enable auto configuration of mail servers. I don't remember the specifics, but I'm sure you could find it without much trouble. Of course, this assumes you (or a sysadmin) can modify the DNS.
