Well I started with the width calibration originally, then did the height....but was getting the odd results. As it turns out my old settings seem to work. So I'm not sure if it was a ghost in the machine or something...Nothing had changed in the setup...but since this all happened I cleaned the noz...

I had an old profile and that seems to be working better...extrusion multiplier was at .85 and the filament diameter is 1.74....This seems to be working at the moment so hopefully ill get a clean print...

I checked the filament drive and that was clean.

I'm thinking it's still the settings...not sure what to tweak...

The cleaning filament didn't help...the issue with the dots is that they do not stick an then get pulled up....

I'll try the filament drive next..

So do you simply take it apart? I haven't removed it.

I did just run allot of filament cleaner through the nozzle and am about to print again to see if that helps.

So that worked for the overall calibration square but I noticed something odd...

I'm basically printing a rectangle, a base for a circuit board, and what I am getting on the initial outlines are dots vs a smooth line...hopefully the picture helps:

What should I do to up the extrusion? I had calibrated with the square without the infill to .40mm
