I also print with ABS only and I never had issues with melting any wires or connection.

I have had this issue on and off, and recently I had the issue I took the drive apart and took a t-handle Allen wrench, I'm not sure what size it was but it was a tight fit, and I pushed it in all the way a few times and twisted it. If I have wall thickness that is less then .40mm, for simplicity, an object like a net or criss crossing walls(logo). How do I change the change the wall thickness globally to a dimension that will print them without having to change the extrusion width.

I used to work in a vinyl extrusion place making parts for Windows and doors. Very neat video.

One question. How in the worlcd were you able to get prints so close to the edge? I have used micrometer and use mic6 plate/PEI and I still can't get that close to the edge without parts coming off.
