Re: Pretty green to dual extruders

If you wouldn't mind could you send me over the scripts you used or the print profiles. Also do you still print this way or what processes do you currently run?

Pretty green to dual extruders

I installed the dual extruder setup in my rev e printer and have had no success with doing prints. I'm using Jules simplify3d profiles for pla but I'm having way to much oozing. I have increased retraction amounts, lowered temperatures, and increased airflow. No matter what I do I can't get the seco...

Re: build plate doesn't descend after completed print

If you received a rev e machine the bed won't automatically drop. You will need to add the gcode to do this. The rev d and e run a different z stepper motor with a lower pitch thread on it. That is why it doesn't drop anymore.

Rev D to E Upgrade?

Is MakerGear planning on releasing a Rev D to E Upgrade? I realize this would require the user to replace the firmware on Rambo for relocating the z end stop and reversing the z motor direction. Is this something that is in the works?

I'm back.... I always said I would like to build one from scratch. When do you anticipate the kits to go up on the website?

Re: V3a Resistance

Yeah. I have some 12v supplies. But I want to verify the v3a is in good working order before using it. Just measured it and I'm at 2.4 ohms. I'm guessing it is bad?

V3a Resistance

Can anyone share what the stock resistance is for the v3a hotend? I'm not having much luck finding it. Thanks

Re: Question on 24v Upgrade Voltage Problem

lol yeah it was a shocking experience.... Just glad I have it fixed now. I have no idea how I didn't locate it before. I had 2 other printers plugged into the same outlet and never experienced the problem before.
