My prints otherwise come out just fine but I'm running into an issue with thing melted strands are connecting between different areas inside the parts. New nozzle arrived and I have it installed. PLA now extrudes straight as an arrow so yes apparently I did damage the nozzle. Lesson learned

So I torched the nozzle and got it very clean, however I still have the same result with the extruded PLA immediately curling into a ball and caking up the nozzle. Thanks guys, I went ahead and just ordered 2 extra nozzles just incase but I'll try to blowtorch the nozzle to see if I can clear some blockage is there there. Paint thinner does seem to do something to pla however since after I soak it, it does seem to come lose. Maybe I didnt get everything though...

I have been using my M2 for about 6-8 months problem free and have gone through about 6 filament reels so far. Having screen printed for 40+ years, I don't think that it's the best alternative here. Lack of flatness will take all of the fun out of it. Look into "pad printing" instead. It's better for irregular surfaces. Depending on your needs, relatively inexpensive equipment can be found on Ebay, or look ...
