Re: Is the Y-Axis endstop correct? Bed buzz during homing ax
Yes, that's what my configuration looks like, wiring and everything. I'm trying to understand, is the bed SUPPOSED to ram into the plastic spacer, which then the plastic spacer is supposed to press the Y end stop and activate the switch? In mine, it presses the plastic spacer which partially presses...

Is the Y-Axis endstop correct? Bed buzz during homing axes
I followed the instructions and have my Y-axis endstop setup like so (Per the instructions): http://cdn.shopify.com/s/files/1/0030/7372/files/attach_y_motor.jpg?100238 However, when the printer homes in during the start of the print, I noticed the bed just rams into the plastic spacer and starts buz...

Re: Printer suddenly freezes middprint
Just spec'd the extruder driver chip and the presumed heater bed driver chip.
MCU temp = 100 degrees.
Extruder driver chip temp = 132 degrees F.
Heatbed driver chip temp = 151 degrees F.
Doesn't seem particularly alarming, just thought board temp might be freezing one of the chips or something.

Re: Printer suddenly freezes middprint
So a power line surge could be causing this? Would a UPS help prevent that?
I'm pretty sure, as far as I'm aware, that I'm not plugging/unplugging anything.

Printer suddenly freezes middprint
This has been happening with remarkable regularity recently. Halfway through a print, the printer suddenly freezes with the extruder nozzle just sitting in one place creating a tiny puddle of plastic on the object, and it just hangs there, forever. It's happened 7 times so far, and I'm getting a lit...
