anyone using all metal Micron extruder + hotend?

After going through a couple of the printed mounts I've been looking at this too lately. After installing the V4 last night I'm thinking this would be pretty easy to make work with it too. I might have to be the forum guinea pig and order one of the extruders anyway.

Ok! time to break the silence and give a sneak peak of what ive been working on I figure ill be the first to do anything in depth with the micron Dual extruder. Ill have multiple build/assembly videos up soon. Im currently about halfway done with the install. The quality of this thing is unbelievable. I can change tips in under 30 seconds. All of the parts look very well made!!! There's a couple of things you have to customize on the printer though to really take advantage of this extruder and thats what my videos will better explain:)

Wow that's pretty sweet looking, I'm glad to hear the quality is nice and the parts are well made I just ordered the all metal extruder yesterday.

thank you eric for sharing your pics, I see a quadcopter sitting near your printer, what's that about? did you print the frame? I'm building one as part of my final project for my degree right now. the all metal extruder looks very nice as it's made by CNC machine. but I am wondering about the print quality and speed. what is the weight of the extruder plus hot end?

Nice, I have one on the way and I'll be trying to get this to work with the new V4 as soon as it shows up. I like that bridge for the HBP too that's a good idea.
