You Need my firmware......which turns the extruder fan on above 50c and off again below that automatically . Or the one josh linked. 24r does not.support this mod.

I grabbed your version PcS. The problem is that I pretty much need the fan to run constantly. With the E3D it is very easy for the filament to melt outside of the last part of the extruder when the fan is not on. I will experiment with lower temps.

Thanks. I believe I am close. My bed is all sorts of out of level so it will be interesting to see how this works.

You can set 0 instead of 50 for fan and it should run constant.

Guys, go get it if you want it, because I'll pick it up if no one worthier grabs it. I really hate to do that because i am so far behind on the coding and such that i will either be a complete pest (likely), or it will sit here for months while i learn what i can, when i can. (V4). Either way, until they are ready to debut the "Auto-Leveling for Dummies" series, it's probably a lot better for someone else to do the testing.

Of course, I would be an excellent "idiot" test subject, and there will be more, so maybe i should go get it. ;)
