Hi guys
I am a new player in the M2 modifications field .i use the metal aluminum MIC6 plate as print plate . I got the the BLTouch sensor in hope to got a better result in leveling the plate ( I try to use the screws ) I don't understand hoe to connect the three wires cable to the Rambo because

"Plug the male end into the BLTouch and route the wire to the RAMBo with the other extruder/fan wires. The female end will get plugged into the "MOTOR EXT" pins.
Plug the red wire into the MX1 "+" pin.
Plug the brown wire into the MX1 "-" pin.
Plug the yellow wire into the MX1 "signal" pin, just to the left of the "-" pin.
These three wires enable the BLTouch to act as a servo, raising and lowering the probe.
All three pins should be next to each other in a row. The signal pin is #22.
Note that your negative lead is in the middle of the other two pins (unlike the end connected to the BLTouch).

when i open it the 3 pin are not next to each other in a row
may some one clarify if for me ??

I used and extension cable that broke the three cables out and I also had to change the servo pin (From 22 to 44) in the configuration files. (Failed to mention that in my over view. I'll update that post to avoid further confusion.) If you leave the three wires and plug the servo signal next to the brown cable then you shouldn't have to change the servo pin definition as that pin should be pin 22. You'll see in the picture that the plug is labeled pin 44 that's why I did it that way, but now that I'm more familiar with the Rambo boards I know that I didn't have to do that.

Hopefully that clears things up, I did my modification before I found this thread.

I believe they're replacements if your kit was like mine.

Hi
What I mean to ask how/where those springs are attached to the BlTouch . I don't see them in doc supplied with unit or in any installation doc

They shouldn't be needed unless the one already installed in the BLTouch wears out. The spring is located in the sensor and it should already have one installed, I've yet had to replace any of my springs in any of my BLTouches.

Hi guys
The sensor response to manual commands
M280 P0 S10 ; pushes the pin down
M280 P0 S90 ; pulls the pin up
M280 P0 S120 ; Self test –keeps going until you do pin up/down or release alarm
M280 P0 S160 ; Release alarm
send M500 to store in EEPROM and m502
when i send G28 . The bed move x and y home and after to middle and begin to raise the bed
when it touch the probe the bed rapidly fall down and go up again and repeating the strange cycle for 2 more times , then the bed stay few centimeters below the probe , the probe pin is pulled up and the led is turn on (the led did not lite in in the up down cycles before ) .
1)I try to flip the white/black cable no help
2)I read jfjohnny5 post that he had similar problem and try to change "HOMING_FEEDRATE" value for Z from 15*60 to 10*60 but it did not help.
3) when I run G29 it try the probe move from one point to other but off course it do when bed is few centimeters below

P.S
I can send my configuration H file to any one of you it it can help
