Went down to 185C and 50 bed (60 for first layer), removed the fan guard. PLA still bonding fine. No warping , better walls. PEI works.

How many posts are needed to write PM's? I would really like to buy one of jimc's MIC6 tooling plates.

I might jump on Jim's market for the MIC6 plates. He makes them as a service but doesn't really make a ton of money on them. I'm setup to make the things from larger sheets of MIC6 and have access to a bead blaster as well.

I'm interesting in purchasing one if you decide to build\sell them.

Just ran a test part with Hatchbox PETG (Orange) - no heat on the bed and it seemed to stick adequately. At 60C I was leaving bits on the surface when removing parts, so I thought I'd try it cold. I have Black Hatchbox and some eSun PETG too - will try those as well to see what I get.

I'm printing the Hatchbox PETG at 265C.

Well thought I would try The PEI Sheet. I think it assembled ok . Little bit tricky but followed the hints from the forum and
finally got it on.

Is sanding the sheet necessary ?

I took the plunge last night and felt that I did a good job of getting it onto the MIC 6 plate.

I ran into some initial issues with nozzle height. Trying to find the sweet spot, but was wondering if the PEI needs to be roughed up some.
