How You Too Can Achieve Printing Nirvana

Oh my dear heavens - i have achieved printing nirvana!
The components:
The MIC6 tooling plate:
It's flat. It's really, really, really flat. I can actually touch the nozzle to the bed, move it to every single point on the plate, and the nozzle does not shift by one one-thousandth of a millimeter.
And the heat goes aaaaall the way out to the edges of the plate. No more prints popping off in the chilly outer corners.
PEI surface:
FTW! Attached with the 3M full sheet tape to the non-beaded side of the MIC6 so that no adhesive is needed. Picture of the ugly result below, but man-oh-man, does it ever deliver!
Those of you with the plates, give the 0.03" PEI a try on it!
