Rev.E HBP corner pads?

Has anyone designed a replacement to the stock rubber Rev.E pads that'll work with a MIC6 plate? I love jhaupt's drop in pads, but after taking the time to print them in ePC, I just discovered they won't work due to teh leveling set screws haha.
