Maybe you could just pre-cut a few for the next group that needs them, if you don't get the full 21 in the first order. More people are going to want them down the road, and having a source of plates the right size is going to make them a lot easier to get rid of.

It's a 2x6ft, $500, probably 100lb sheet ... can't fit that in my bead blaster

I'm sticking BuildTak and Kapton to mine. They're more predictable than hairspray.

The process will be to cut the 6ft dimension down to 10", cut the 24" dimension down to 7.9x" (saw kerf), then polish the edges and blast.
