You probably ought to do a couple of batches a year.....as folks get new machines and get comfortable - they're gonna want to try the different plates. :D

Glad to hear it! I'm hoping they've survived USPS.

You guys may want to rinse them one final time before hairspraying.

I'm getting initial reports that these are fitting very snugly. I use them on Rev E spiders and they kinda click-lock into place with the rubber, so it is a squeeze. A few downward strokes of a file in each corner will take out the slack, or I'd be happy to replace any bed that won't fit.

It's a very snug fit, but it works, makes good contact with the bed heater. Now I have to test it out with a print. . .

Mine arrived last night, looking great. I had to sweet-talk the Thingiverse bed clamps into fitting -- the plate is very snug -- but after a couple of tries and some well-chosen curses it worked fine.

Oh, make sure you guys are removing the protective film on the underside!

Had to knock the corners down a bit with a file but all is good.

Mine arrived, snug but workable fit, got PEI applied. Several prints later, everything's working great!

Well, one problem: a slightly loose Y-axis belt, unnoticed due to the light weight of the standard glass print bed, ruined a print by slipping a couple of teeth during a fast-moving infill. The Al bed is HEAVY. Tightened belt, should be OK now...
