Which motor mount do I have for the dual extruder upgrade?

Post by Spencer » Fri Jan 20, 2017 11:24 pm

Hey guys. I'm looking to get the dual extruder upgrade but I have no idea which motor mount I have/need. I have to get the same type of motor mount as I already have, right? Can someone please point out the motor mount point in my picture so I can order the correct one? I tried googling "motor mount" to find a picture but different things pop up. I bought my Makergear M2 off of Amazon back in February of 2016. It's a V4 Rev D. Thanks! Here's the picture. http://imgur.com/gqfs8cN

You've got the metal motor mount....A great upgrade regardless of your hotend.

The dual comes with its own motor mount, if you are upgrading to dual, you do not need to buy anything except the dual upgrade.

There's two options when I try to buy an upgrade. Plastic and metal. Just not sure which one to buy.
