Just finished my first mod. Made my M2 RevE into M3 lite
Used sthone's M3 cooler.
pi 3b+ powered via POE and 12" usb cable to connect the printer. Running Octoprint
Pi camera V2 mounted to the bed corner. Friend of mine modded the arm for me to clear new fan and bring it a bit higher.

Pi case looks similar to m3 one M3 cooler and pi camera mounts another angle Pi camera view

Since nobody else has responded, let me be the first to say that your mod looks great! Now all (!) you need to do is to add the touch probe. . .

Yes touch probe is on my list. Trying to find details for revE but haven’t found it yet
