Hi,

Has anyone tried makerbot PCL flexible filament? It's very expensive, but I've come across a good offer. :) I've been eager to try flexible filaments for a while.

Never mind, turns out it's not really flexible (as in ninjaflex), it just gets soft at lower temperatures and is easy to reshape with hot water. Surely nice, but not what I was looking for.

Has anyone tried "soft PLA"? Matter Hackers has an interesting video posted that shows it being used as a "living" hinge.

Rich i have used a bunch of the ecoflex pla. Form futura makes it. Its alot like ninjaflax i guess but i have jever had a problem extruding it. Its easy to play use but it does shrink alot when it cools which makes it hard to get to stay stuck to the bed.
