I was able to print a fairly large part with sharp corners with Gizmo Dorks clear PC filament. I'm using the v4 at around 285C and maxing out my heated bed at around 135C. I gave up on glass + glue stick after 3 attempts and put a sheet of ultem on the bed. This seemed to do the trick. I printed with a standard raft with 0.2mm separation. I also used support for the overhangs, turned out really nice.
The part shrunk about about 0.8% so I will need to rescale the XY and try it again.
The printed part is so much stronger than ABS or PLA, no comparison. I printed with 25% infill and it is very strong. Also, very machinable. I was able to drill out all the holes with no cracking.
