Good idea, let us know if it's worth it. I just don't have anything yet that i need to bond that badly. ;)

(Maybe i can figure out a way to use that blowtorch.) :D

Possibly it just evaporates out of the can. I know that it (Weld-on #4, that is) will simply disappear over time out of the applicator bottle with the needle, within days, so I've learned not to put more into the applicator bottle than I need at a time. It's like helium out of a latex balloon.
