Hatchbox wood filament
Recently I read a thread on here about the e-sun wood filament and thought I would like to try it. However after checking prices I found that the hatchbox brand was quite a bit less expensive. Since I am on a budget, I decided to give it a try instead. I have to say, that I am not disappointed. It works far better than I anticipated.
This is a box I recently printed. A quick sanding with 100 grit paper in the direction I wanted the grain, and a single coat of Minwax red mahogany stain gave me exactly the look I was wanting. So far everyone who has seen it was surprised to find out that it was printed, and not real wood. This stuff is awesome.Re: Hatchbox wood filament
Very nice! You should post the particulars on 'Insta's Filaments that work with the M2" thread.

Looks good - get a coat of clear on that and the grain will really pop.

Wow, nice! Like Jules said, I'd be curious what settings you used.
