Well being able to autoclave the 3dprinted parts could be a need...

Well, right, but it's cheaper (and only marginally slower) to print them in highish-resolution HIPS first, take a molding, and then take a casting. If I'm really busting ass, the molding & casting process adds about an hour, and I can print HIPS at 100mm/sec, so for large parts it could end up faster than Ultem. The only advantage for Ultem here is if it's a shape I simply cannot duplicate in a resin casting.
