After testing Ninjatek Armadillo that is probably the strongest stuff we have tried yet.

I'd be willing to bet it's as strong as entry level polyurethane resin. There's some that are stronger than injection molded ABS, and you can blend glass or carbon fibers into it before casting for true stiffening across all three dimensions.
