ABS Help

Post by crews14 » Tue Jan 23, 2018 3:37 pm

I am trying to print some parts for the company I work for. I have had a lot of success with PLA, but now I have switched to ABS.

The parts are printing fine, but when trying to get them off the bed, the are extremely stuck to the bed. To the point where I cant really get the parts off without either damaging the part or the bed.

Any suggestions on how to fix this?

What bed surface? If it's BuildTak, it's gone. Anything else, I'm surprised they won't come off at room temperature...

Post a picture of the stuck print. You might just need to get it started.

Does freezing the part with canned air work on ABS like PLA??
