I want to print with Ninjaflex TPU 1.75mm filament

You need a .5 nozzle, you need to fabricate a gravity feed system for the spool, using a bearing , you need this extruder housing
https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2371851, very little to no retraction, print speed of 8-12mms, a very simple model, and the most important is a very large amount of patients to get the filament tension just right, normally the screw it completely loose to just about touching.
Good luck it is a challenge every time I need to print my flexible parts
