REV E Dual with LCD Display

I purchased the M2 couple weeks ago with the LCD and dual extruder. Every time I follow the instructions to install new firmware for REV E with black motors the LCD screen doesn't work stays blank and when I use Simplified 3d to try home machine Z axis goes up instead of down to the Home switch. Any suggestions? frustrated HELP please

You have picked the wrong firmware. You shouldn't have to reflash the firmware on a new machine anyway, but since you have, you should probably contact support@makergear.com to get a pointer to the correct version for your machine.

Oooops, Jin's right....for the dual Rev. E you need to use the ones outlined in the new Installation instructions for the Rev. E Duals:

Download the zip file for the M2 Dual Extruder Firmware here:

I got correct firmware finally. reason I had to install is because duel is not shipped installed. Then they had revved m2 and I got old firmware. all good now THX
