Played with it a bit tonight. I don't think it's the fact that I moved the hot end down a little, it seems to be the extruder drive not getting a grip to push it down, but I tried everything from a loose to a tight screw and it didn't make a difference. Will play some more over the weekend.

My experience with Ninja Flex if you change from PLA to N-Flex it is easy to purge because or the higher temp where PLA is almost liquid.
If you change for ABS to N-Flex it's different because the ABS is hard to push out. What I do when changing form ABS either purge first all the ABS with PLA and then feed N-Flex or Heat the nozzle up to 270C (V3b) and go for the first 50 mm in 1mm increments then try 10 mm increments until it's nice and clean.

I use a cool bed, 245C Nozzle Temp. and 2300 mm/min.

That sounds like a good tip, maybe I haven't gotten all the ABS out yet. I'll try running some PLA though to purge it.

Thanks!

I'm running mine with Ninaflex at 245C as well. I've found it to be a lot more sensitive to over extrusion than non-flexible filaments. It got wrapped around the extruder a couple of times, because (I believe) I had the extrusion multiplier way too high. I think the V4 might be more susceptible to that than the V3b, because I never had that happen with the V3b. But when I lowered the multiplier, the print quality improved noticeably and I haven't had the filament get wrapped around the extruder gear. I'm using 0.93 now but may take it down to 0.90 for another test.

Last night I printed want I think is fake Ninjaflex it is Flex CyncronixPLA. I have V4 hot end on my printer.
I slowed down the printing as suggested and used the ABS temps.
It does not have enough stiffness to hold the Teflon tube up. Without the rigging it would just fall over.
I did a Temp rigging or something like that so it would feed. I primed with PLA then I had no feed issues at all. It fits the on the phone nicely
I use Teflon tubing is much better it very slick.

The white marks on the back are hair spray that I have now washed off. The first print I tried using Elmer’s glue but that did not work at all.

it's been a while for this thread.. thought I'd renew it and see if anybody has yet done Ninjaflex+ABS hybrid prints on the M2 with dual extruders?

I am also very interested to hear what kind of luck people have been having with these new extruders and the flexible filaments.

I have the V4 extruder and have found that NinjaFlex prints quite well on my M2. It is little ruff looking at times.

It was a little tricky feeding but just had to baby sit little closer. I have modified my FFF pretty much by reading what others have done and a little experiments as well and still tweaking as i go. I am glad that this forum is the best on the web. Currently running another part that looks a lot smoother.

You gotta retract the bejesus out of NinjaFlex. Do like 6mm @ 60mm/sec, and 250mm/sec travel moves.
