Pretty green to dual extruders

I installed the dual extruder setup in my rev e printer and have had no success with doing prints. I'm using Jules simplify3d profiles for pla but I'm having way to much oozing. I have increased retraction amounts, lowered temperatures, and increased airflow. No matter what I do I can't get the second nozzle to stop oozing. I'm at a loss right now. I have the nozzles perfectly level to the bed when everything is cold. Should I be setting level when everything is hot?

See this thread I started on the S3D forum.
I can look up the scripts I ended up using for this, but the examples were pretty much on target.

The idea is to pause the print and let the idle nozzle cool down before moving on. Substantial increase in print time, of course.

You understand the appeal of the independent dual on the M3.

If you wouldn't mind could you send me over the scripts you used or the print profiles. Also do you still print this way or what processes do you currently run?

I'll pull up the factory file I used for that trial.
I've done very little with the dual shooting two materials on one print. I did some good homework on getting good support that breaks off easily and don't have much need for dual materials. In general I'll keep two different nozzle sizes on the machine, and it cuts down on my changeover time.
