Just print right away and mix half playground sand (right term I hope) and the other half plaster of paris. Mix it with water and remove all the bubbles. Then you submerge the print with this mix and let it rest a couple of hours.
Use a fornance to burn away the plastic at 650°C/1200F and clean the mould with compressed air. You got your fire-proof mould and the PLA is completly gone.
Metal is melted in a crucible in a furnace, then poured carefully into the mould. The shell is placed into a sandbed for isolation.
Sounds easy but it takes many hours of testing and rethinking. Lots of failures.

Or you could just print the whole mold out of sand
