A 3DHubs-like service to find CAD users for hire?

Does anybody know of an online site where you can find CAD designers using specific CAD software located in a certain location? sort of like a 3DHubs where you can see all the local hubs and what 3dprinters and materials they offer, but instead its focused on CAD software and design/modeling/engineering talent?
