I've been having an issue with my M3 that arrived this weekend. I set-up the printer on my network, everything went fine until I had to place filament in the extruder. My filament would not extrude at all. All I got was a loud clicking sound. I double checked my temps (220 degrees) and even removed the nozzle to make sure I didn't have a clog. As a last resort I even removed the extruder housing and checked the bearing and drive gear. The only thing I noticed was shredding on the internal portion of the printed part. I also adjusted the tension screw to see if that was an issue (with no luck). I know it's not the nozzle because I can hand feed filament through it (with the housing off) when it's at temp. Not sure what to do next? Thanks for your help...
