Nozzle diameter settings

Is it possible for someone to post a few screen shots of their print settings for the M3 ID using the 0.25mm nozzle?? I keep running into the issue of the print failing halfway through. I am trying to print a simple rounded corner square that is 30x30x10mm and after about 6mm of printing height it begins to string. It seems as though I have the layer thickness incorrectly set, but I am unsure as I am kind of new to setting my own parameters. - Thanks!
