also best way to trouble shoot is to print a cylinder in vase mode and adjust the temperature on the fly. Start high then lower by 5 degrees until the bubbles disappear. bump your speed up to 1100mm/min (18mm/sec)

Ok will give that a try when I have some time.
Have to wonder what changes were made in the filament drive housing between the M2 and M3..
