also best way to trouble shoot is to print a cylinder in vase mode and adjust the temperature on the fly. Start high then lower by 5 degrees until the bubbles disappear. bump your speed up to 1100mm/min (18mm/sec)

Ok will give that a try when I have some time.
Have to wonder what changes were made in the filament drive housing between the M2 and M3..

The cylinder didn't help too much but I finally got the drive tension just right, and lowered the temp to 220 and things improved greatly. I believe what was happening is with the high temp and the .5 nozzle, gravity was draining the nozzle faster than it was being filled causing areas to stop extruding all together and globs to be present. Really tough stuff to print on the M2 with the way this drive doesn't like soft stuff. Wish there was an upgrade from MG for something that was designed to deal with this stuff.

I upgraded my M2 to a Bondtech BMG extruder and a V6 hotend. Ninjaflex prints with no problems now.

https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B01LE ... UTF8&psc=1 Stepper
https://www.filastruder.com/products/al ... 6576668868 Hot End (select 12v or 24v)
https://www.filastruder.com/collections ... g-extruder Extruder

For the mounting, you can either cut your extruder mount or order another one from MG and cut that one. I'll post a picture of what I mean.

You'll need to flash your firmware to support the reverse extruder direction. You may also need to solder on new connectors for the fan, heater cartridge, and temperature sensor.

Thanks!
Looks like I wouldn't be able to use any of the 3 MG hot ends of 6 nozzles.. may just have to hold off on this. Seem with some minor design changes they could just produce a drive housing that works better and is less reprap.. ;-)

Yes its a different setup all together. My frustration finally reached a tipping point. I alternate printing abrasives and flexibles so it was maddening at times as the printed parts would wear out.

Mach - can you post pictures of what your setup looks like.

The fan and duct mounting was printed via shapeways using this design:

I used a V4 mounting plate cut to size and a metal motor mount flipped around.

I used this thread Farr0wn3dfrom Farr0wn3d on his Titan upgrade regarding stepper rewiring and firmware reflash.
