Since I'm doing more stuff with metric these days it finally occurred to me that I should own a set of metric drill bits. However searching on Amazon it seems that they were either $100 or got bad reviews.
Anyone have a recommendation on a reasonably accurate set of metric drill bits for general tinkering use that aren't crazy expensive? I don't have a lot of specific projects in mind, but got an assortment of small metric bolts recently and would also want 2mm for drilling out filament drive paths.
metric drill bit set?
Re: metric drill bit set?
I'm happy with these. Good quality, reasonable price for light duty.

Re: metric drill bit set?
Seems to me a set of numbered drills would be cheaper, then convert to metric.

If you don't need a entire kit or just need certain sizes of individual bits that you can't find locally you can try http://www.mcmaster.com They are usually quick to ship (I get my stuff next day) and they have reasonable shipping charges. (down side is you usually don't find out the shipping charge until after your order ships.)
