Better printing surface

I have found that roughted glass has superior adhesion for the printing process. I can get 8x10 borosilicate glass that is professionally roughed. I can order a quantity of these. Is it worth $30-35 for a better printing surface, or is everyone content with what they have for ABS?

I hear many who have issues with the stock Makergear glass.

I use hair spray with no issues. ABS will curl if the infill is hgh.
Rsilvers profiles fixed that for me.

Here's the hair spray brand and type I use. Maker Geek recommends this exact spray on their website:

Glaze and bonding agent are used to water proof my lures that fish as deep and deeper than 100' down.
44 pounds per square inch is the pressure down at 100' in freshwater.
