Source for metric socket head cap screws and nuts

Guys and Gals,

Do you have a favorite source for socket cap screws, washers, nylock nuts? Essentially the goodies that came in the "extra hardware" bag. I am interested in purchasing 100 quantity boxes of the most used and useful hardware.

How about the MakerGear makers; are you willing to share your source for hardware?

Home Depot and Lowes don't have much in the way of this stuff...

You can find virtually any screw/bolt/nut on Amazon with a quick search. Here's an example:

Most of them come in lots of 100 and the prices are pretty good. Many are eligible for Prime shipping. Another option if you don't find a small/local place you like more.

(mcmaster carr) is a great source for everything hardware related. Home Depot is cheap and has many things, but the depth and range of products for mcmaster carr is huge. They have a warehouse 15 minutes from me and it is huge.

yeah mcmaster is where its at. not the cheapest but just like smooth, they have a facility somewhere here in jersey. i can place my order at 5pm and ill have it at my door by 10am in the morning.....and they have everything you could ever want to do anything.
