slow print - EMERGENCY

have been trying to get out a print tonight. extremely slow sprint when applying raft. no plastic extruding either. using Mosaic/Pronterface.

jim, for anyone to help we need more info. tell us whats going on, your settings, plastic type, what exactly is the printer doing, etc.
