Ninjaflex is usually printed around 20 mm/s from my understanding with a normal 0.35mm nozzle.. What if you run a larger 0.8mm nozzle.. Will you be able to go faster? The thinking being a larger nozzle orfice creates less back pressure on the 1.75mm filament thus allowing it to flow out faster for the same given back pressure? I'm guessing the back pressure inside the hotend causes the flexible filament to buckle in the extruder?
And does one hot end style provide faster more efficient heat transfer to the filament (such as the M2 hot end versus a jhead or e3dv6)?
Will larger nozzle allow faster extrusion NinjaFlex speeds?
