Huh! Curioser and curioser!
Did you sand all over it really well? (Might need to use 1000 grit or above, wash off with water and dish soap (anti-grease kind.))
I've never had one pull up on me - is it seated down against the HBP?

This greatly reduces the wait time as the machine warms to print.
