MakerGear (Geetech) LCD?

MG Doesn't show any information about the LCD that they're currently offering. I understand it's a Geetech 128x64 LCD, but I can't even find a picture of it.

Is my assumption correct, and is there any reliable firmware available? What about firmware with the Geetech LCD and dual extruders?

I absolutely love my M2 and MakerGear support has been great when I needed it, but I sure wish they would consolidate the stable firmware into one location. I also would like them to publish and update "officially blessed" firmware for the hardware options they provide.

I have one of the Geeetech LCD's from MG. Just ask and they will send you the firmware to upload for your M2.

I am not 100% since I have not ordered one, but certainly think they will support the dual extruder as well. If you bought it from them they will help you get it going, no worries.

There are two different versions of the geetech board, one works fine with the MG, the other does not. The boards are supposedly the same except for slight layout changes, but I was only able to get the newer style to work (tried two of the old layout without success). You can see the one that worked for me among the pics here:

Note the locations of the buttons & buzzer, that is how to distinguish between the two variants.

Or, just buy from MG and know that it will work.
