I've been printing some larger curved objects with allot of support...The challenge is removing the support...
I've mainly been using needle nose pliers to try to remove, but I was wondering if folks have other (better) ways of removing the support?
Any tips on removing dense support?
Re: Any tips on removing dense support?
I may need to just reprint...This was a good lesson in orienting the model in different ways and generating supports. I see now that if I had oriented it differently and had S3D generate supports there would have been allot less support to deal with...cuts down on wasted plastic and time spent printing too!!
Re: Any tips on removing dense support?

sal, if thats petg you need to remember petg sticks to itself so well that supports are always a real bear to remove. its far different than pla or abs. avoid supports on petg prints at all cost
