Need help with small part (bridging/supports)

I have to make a small part for a client; it overhangs at one point towards top by .117" (2.97mm) The part is so small that supports don't seem to want to work
I am using Petg; the rest of the part prints perfect
Any ideas? Am I able to upload a part and have anyone look at it?

If the client doesn't care if you post the part, go ahead and upload it.

For things like that, I design the support structures right into the model, so they do exactly what's needed:

There's one thread thickness of air between the support structure and the rack protector: the two parts separate cleanly in both PLA and PETG. The interior of that arch goes against the dishwasher rack, so I don't care what it looks like, but it ain't all that bad.

Okay, try the settings below:

Or, you know, you can try just printing it as plated without supports. Unusably brittle at this size, though, so maybe Jules' plan is better.

That turned out well!
